| Job Description: Mandatory skills (please enter all mandatory skills customer will look for) | 7+ years of progressive technical experience in deployment, integration, and support of Desktop technologies including Hardware, Software, Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM, Automation, and Endpoint Security in a large enterprise environment • 3-5 years' Experience with application packaging using SCCM, WinRAR. JAMF • Scripting ability with Powershell, VBScript, registry hacking, automated deployment techniques, and driver integration • Proficient in technical troubleshooting, including Tier 3 support, root cause analysis, and major problem incident management of end user environment • Demonstrated project management experience including large-scale or enterprise deployments • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems including Windows 7, Vista, Server 2003 and 2008, and working knowledge of Unix, Linux and Mac OS. • Experience with vendor management and/or key service provider management • Excellent customer facing skills with the ability to socialize ideas, make recommendations and gather team consensus to move forward. • Excellent communication, writing, meeting facilitation and presentation skills including executive level presentation skills • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent work experience

| Job Description: Good-to-have skills | Provide direction to the delivery of complex technical solutions with a focus on: customer experience, reliability, security, performance, automation, and overall supportability by EIS • Work closely with our key service providers to monitor & track service and change requests, problem & incident management, software updates, and Forward Schedule of Change synchronization. • Manage desktop & mobile technology projects including client application upgrades and enterprise technology rollouts • Monitor and participate in resolution of complex third level technical support incidents in compliance with service levels; identifying and focusing on problem areas using Problem/Incident management • Work independently and as a member of a team of Service Engineers on engagements with Autodesk end users, usually in a technical leadership role, or in a role as deployment manager • Work with EIS Customer Service staff to survey customers and EIS support staff to confirm the successful adoption and acceptance of technology solutions • Explore new opportunities that add to the business value proposition or reduce costs through innovation, automation, or process improvement
