Job Description	We are seeking an experienced (5 years) Quality Assurance Professional to perform effectively all levels of testing within QA testing cycle, and to conduct the integration & user acceptance testing efforts of Business Intelligence applications.   Requirements The ideal candidate will be dedicated to developing routine tests, and participating in the testing effort. This position will work with Developers and Product Managers to develop, maintain, and execute quality assurance testing procedures. Primary responsibilities include: Develop and maintain test plans, manual and automated test scripts for user interface, functionality, system and "ad-hoc testing" in approved format. Develop strategies, test cases, and execute testing for reporting and data warehouse validation Document quality assurance results Write effective test cases from requirements and technical specs and execute both automated and manual test cases Write and execute advanced SQL queries to verify data from source to target: missing records, referential integrity or time variance Review relevant project documentation and attend meetings as needed Perform other related duties as assigned by management   Requirements: Bachelor's degree, computer science preferred and 4+ progressive QA experience 3+ years experience working with DB2 or Oracle databases 2+ years experience using ETL (AbInitio, Informatica, DataStage) to test data extraction, transformations and load processing 2+ years experience using SQL, Unix, and shell scripting 3+ years developing test cases (manual and automated) and test software components Familiarity of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence Tools such as AbInitio, Informatica, DataStage, Cognos, and Business Objects Detail oriented and a problem solver Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
