General Duties/Tasks:

·         Provides solid business-related and Oracle E-Business knowledge to clients

·         Completes tasks in an efficient and timely manner reporting progress to the implementation Project Manager and Engagement Manager

·         Seeks innovative ways to improve the process of delivering solutions to clients

·         Shares suggestions and knowledge capital to help optimize implementation methodology

·         Assists team with all aspects of implementation and upgrade

·         Provides functional support, creates documentation, debugs system to resolve issues, and supports various processing requirements

 

Required Oracle E-Business Skills:

·         Solid understanding and work experience as a functional lead with one or more of the following Oracle Human Capital Management modules:

• Human Resources
• iRecruitment
• Payroll
• Advanced Benefits
• Self Service applications

·         Must have 5 years plus of hands-on Oracle E-Business experience

·         Experience with E-Business Suite R12

·         Proven experience with at least 3-5 full life cycle implementations/upgrades
